Quad Infrared SensorsA Quad PIR device is a sensor unit that contains two dual element infrared sensors. The housing that covers the unit may come in any variety of colors and creative shapes. Since these units have two alarm channels with their own processing circuitry, they are more reliable. Both sensors must be tripped in order to activate an alarm condition.
