First Alert Professional was a service of Honeywell International of New Jersey. First Alert Pro was named as the exclusivereseller of Honeywell's Home & Away™ Automated Home-Control Systems. Recently, Honeywell's Home Security division was sold to GTCR Fund VIII, L.P. of New Jersey.

Honeywell's ProtectionNet Monitoring Center, serves more than 120,000 commercial and residential customers throughout the United States. ProtectionNet's 800 staff include professionally trained security personnel. First Alert Pro has a dealer network throughout North and South America and the Caribbean. First Alert Pro relies on regional dealers to assist customers in designing their security systems, choosing the right security devices and subscribing to the First Alert monitoring network.

ReadyGuard TM is First Pros packaged security product. ReadyGuard is a complete basic system including a main control keypad, sensors and a siren.

ReadyGuard TM includes 3 options:

• The Family Protection Package & includes two perimeter entry sensors.
• The Enhanced Family Protection Package & includes four perimeter entry sensors and a wireless keychain remote control.
• The Premium Family Protection Package & provides a total of seven perimeter entry alerts.

System Monitoring

Central Station system monitoring service acts as an intermediary between your alarm system and the local police. If an alarm is activated, trained professional response technicians will call the subscribers home to verify the alarm, usually before calling the local police.
